At GBIO’s last Delegate Assembly institutions reported on the number of house meetings around the economy they had completed. More than 200 house meetings were held throughout Greater Boston. The themes that emerged in these house meetings have led us into four research areas:

• Mortgage Lending and Foreclosures
• Credit Cards/Usury
• Educational Loans
• Jobs (Stimulus $, green jobs, CORI reform)

Research teams are meeting throughout the summer and early fall to determine what actions might be taken in each of these areas
